We can setup on most surfaces. We just need to know before the event (preferably when booking) so we can bring the correct equipment for setup. Grass is the most common and then asphalt or concrete.
Depending on how busy the day is will determine the delivery time of your inflatable. We have as close to a perfect record as possible of getting all inflatables out in time for every party. Sometimes this will require us delivering your inflatable 3-4 hours before the actual party time. It will not change your party time it is just a convenience factor for us. We always call or text everyone the day before to work out any details of the deliveries for the next day.
We do NOT supply the power for the inflatable. We will bring an extension cord to use that will connect our fan to your power source. The power will need to be within 100 feet of the inflatable. If that isn't possible then you will need to consider moving the inflatable to a closer place or we can rent you a generator that will power the inflatable. A separate 15amp circuit is required for each inflatable that is rented.
Typically we do not stay with the inflatable for the entire event. If they are in your backyard for a birthday party we will show you how to run the inflatable and you will be responsible for the operation.
Inflate-A-Party will also do several public events per year and we do stay with those but we charge a fee for this.

The fan that powers the inflatable will need to be on the entire time. You can unplug the fan if you are done using the inflatable or in case of bad weather. However the fan will need to stay running the entire time that the inflatable is to be used.
